We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item or purchasing your item to request a return via our website or email address provided. (Sales@betsyboosboutique.co.uk)

Late returns will not be accepted & the customer will be responsible for covering any delivery charges to return the parcel to them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have the original tag attached, it must be unworn and have no marks/stains (make up, deodorant, fake tan, etc.) You’ll also need the online receipt or paper invoice if cash purchase.

To start a return, if you navigate to the orders section on my account, you will see a return button, by clicking that and filling out required information on the next page. Alternatively if you don’t have an account, please contact us at sales@betsyboosboutique.co.uk, proving your order number, name, and email address and the issues with the products/delivery. If your return is accepted, we do not cover the return postage. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are sent using signed for/tracked delivery. We are not responsible for any lost/damages returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
Postal exchanges will be accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, these must be requested within 14 days of purchase. The item must have the original tag attached, it must be unworn and have no marks/stains (make up, deodorant, fake tan, etc.) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
